SAVANNAH, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 13, 2019-- Citi Trends, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTRN) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per common share, payable on March 19, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 5, 2019.

In addition, Citi Trends announced plans to release its earnings for the fourth quarter of 2018 before the market opens on Friday, March 15, 2019.
